Shipping information for JohannTheDog Direct:This page outlines shipping Information for JohannTheDog Direct items only. All other items are sold through a third party, please refer to their shipping policies on their related websites, or through their checkout process. Every effort is made to ship your products within 1-2 business days from when we receive your order. Shipments should arrive in only 3-5 business days (unless otherwise noted in the Product Detail Page.) All orders are shipped from our Distribution Center in Carmel, Indiana. All shipping charges are done through our system and calculated for the least expensive option. Shipping costs are based on the the weight of your package, unless otherwise stated on the Product Detail Page. Note: If we have a problem with your order and we cannot contact you by phone or email, this will delay shipping of your order. So please be sure to give us an email address and phone number that will work during business hours. We use a third party service to calculate our shipping, utilizing USP and USPS. Occasionally, the service experiences down time which means that we cannot calculate the shipping charges for your order. An error message to that effect will be displayed in the shopping cart when this situation occurs. Please be patient if this orrurs, try again and we apologize for any inconvenience.
International Shipping: Shipping is available internationally, and wil be caculated during checkout for the least expensive method utilizing UPS and USPS. If you'd like to email us for info regarding your shipping costs internationally, please feel free at info@johannthedog.com. Returns: Simply complete the back of the packing slip that arrived with your order and enclose it (along with any related correspondence) in your return box. Please make sure your order number is clearly marked on the outside of the box. Repack item(s) in the original container, if possible. Ship via insured regular mail or regular ground UPS. Do not ship via expedited delivery such as Express Mail, FedEx, UPS second day or overnight delivery. You are responsible for paying for return shipping should you want to return an item. Important: If merchandise was damaged during shipping, please save the original packaging and immediately notify our Customer Service Department via email info@johannthedog.com. |
